We do not routinely ask for Special Categories of Personal Data, however we may receive this information where you share such information with us or our service partners, for example you may provide health or disability details when enquiring about accessibility or additional requirements. Where we are appointed by a service partner, they act as the data controller in relation to your personal data. We act as a data processor and process personal data only on their instructions and on their behalf and have a data processor agreement in place with them. We apply the same security and controls to all personal data, however you should always check the privacy information of the company you contracted with too.

How Long do we Keep Personal Data For?

Contractual Obligations and Consequences
