Where we are appointed by a service partner, they act as the data controller in relation to your personal data. We act as a data processor and process personal data only on their instructions and on their behalf and have a data processor agreement in place with them. We apply the same security and controls to all personal data, however you should always check the privacy information of the company you contracted with too.
Why we do we collect your information?

How Long do we Keep Personal Data For?

Contractual Obligations and Consequences
In some circumstances, the provision of personal data is partly required by law (for example, tax regulations, employment and legal obligations) or can also result from contractual provisions.
